Johnston Law Office is a boutique law firm located on Tremont Street in Boston, overlooking the Boston Common.  The Firm’s general area of practice is civil litigation, serving a variety of commercial, public, and individual clients at the trial and appellate levels.

Patrick Johnston is a former Assistant Attorney General and currently serves as outside counsel for public and private institutional clients in general liability matters.  He also has been outside counsel for the City of Boston and Office of the Attorney General.  Attorney Johnston’s defense practice has consisted of complex tort, real estate, and construction litigation, in addition to administrative appeals.  His affirmative practice is comprised of wrongful death, subrogation, personal injury, product liability, property damage, insurance claims, professional malpractice, motor vehicle torts, workers’ compensation, Land Court and Probate actions, and commercial litigation, including business disputes, contracts, consumer protection, misrepresentation, fraud, and breach of warranty cases.
